Leave a Gift in your Will

A gift in your Will is a pledge to make a future donation to charity. With the help of your solicitor, a gift in your Will can be made after financial commitments, funeral arrangements and your loved ones have been looked after. A gift in Will allows you the chance to give to a cause close to your heart, with a long-lasting impact after your lifetime.

The Museum of Health is a registered business name with Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, when writing your Will we encourage you to clearly state that the purpose of your gift is for the use of the Museum of Health.

The Museum of Health is a registered business name with Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, so make sure the person preparing your Will uses our charity name Toowoomba Hospital Foundation and adds our ABN 29 572 118 270 to your Will.

I give to the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, (insert the type of gift, for example, “the residue of my estate”/ “or a percentage of the residue of my estate” / a specific sum of money for the use of the Museum of Health. I express the wish without creating any binding trust, that if practicable this gift be applied towards (state purpose as widely possible). I declare that the receipt of Toowoomba Hospital Foundation is sufficient discharge to my Trustee.
